All deliveries are curbside. If white glove services are needed, please contact us for a quote.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system, and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If you tracking information had not been received within six days of your order, please follow up with us at info@piquefitness.com.

We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.

Typically when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

Once the order has shipped, it takes typically 1-2 business days for your order to leave the warehouse. Freight carrier times vary depending on location, and this can typically be between 4-10 business days. Therefore, as a general rule, we give a minimum of a 2 week lead time after your order is placed for your item to be delivered. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please be patient as lead times can unfortunately be longer.

Shipping Concerns:

Please share all concerns about the delivery of your product to your location to avoid delays, frustration and additional costs for your order.

It is important to note the following that can bring additional costs:

  • Charges the freight company levies if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
  • Transport restrictions for truck height or bridge laws
  • Deliveries to Islands
  • Road or access restrictions
  • Delivery requires the use of ferry, train, plane or additional courier transport

International Shipping (anywhere outside the lower 48 United States):

We do not offer free shipping outside the lower 48 United States at this time due to high shipping costs. However, you may call our office number for a quote to see if we could possibly arrange an order for you.

Return & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment.

To attend a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must be in its original condition, same packaging, keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (in their original condition too) and must be unused.

The receipt of purchase must be attached to all returns.

If the merchandise meets the above guidelines, please contact Customer Service to begin the return process at info@piquefitness.com .

If your return is approved, you will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be visible outside the equipment. Products received without a return authorization number will not be processed, we are not responsible for any item returned without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

All returns must be received within 10 days from the acceptance of the return.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any damage or loss during shipment that may occur in the equipment.

Any product sent cash on delivery will be rejected.

Non-Refundable

Unless they are covered by the warranty, the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Customized products: any product ordered with special upholstery.
  • Equipment: Cadillac, Cadillac-Reformer, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Combo Chair, Wall Unit, Wall Board Onne, Ped&Pull, Spine, Arcos, Arc, Triangle, Mat, Towers.
  • Configuration of special equipment.
  • Accessories and spare parts.
  • Special shipments.

Warranty Return Procedure

To process a return based on warranty, it must first be approved by Customer Service.

To do this, you must contact us at the email info@piquefitness.com and the technical service team will determine whether or not the problem is an issue that should be treated as a warranty.

Whenever anything is returned that is not covered under warranty or does not meet the warranty return conditions, the purchaser will be solely and fully responsible for the cost of transportation and insurance to return the product to sender.

If the item arrived damaged, it is essential that you write it down on the delivery note, leaving a record of the problem and notify us within a period not exceeding 24-48 hours.

Any defective product may be returned and replaced with the same item, subject to the product warranty. If we choose to repair or replace equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and testing at our facility, prior to shipping the replacement product.

In the case of receiving an item that you did not order, Pique Fitness will pay the cost of return shipping. But the return conditions will be the same as those expressed previously, the merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must be in its original condition, same packaging, keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (in their original condition too) and must be unused.

Once your return has been received, inspected and processed, and is definitively authorized, the amount of the equipment will be immediately refunded.

Warranty

The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.

This warranty applies to equipment:

While equipment remains in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated

If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.

If upgrades are made as required by the Company

This warranty shall be null and void if:

All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed

The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls

An At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public

The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company

Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wall Board, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.

Commercial Reformers

Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

At Home Reformers

Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar). This warranty shall be null and void if an At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public.

Steel or Wood Combo Chair

Limited Lifetime Warranty on metal frame and related welding.
Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty on upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty.
Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on all other components.

Ladder Barrel

Limited Lifetime Warranty on metal frame and related welding.
Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty on upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty.

Fabric & Upholstery on Equipment

Ninety (90) Day Warranty. The fabric or upholstery on Elina Pilates equipment will be replaced if it fails to give normal wear for 90 days after delivery. Proof of damage may be required.

This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.
