Production Lead Time
Production Lead Time depends on the scope of the order. Usually, small items take 21-28 working days, large items take 8-12 weeks. Please be advised that the Production Lead Time may be longer, depending on the quantity and type of products you choose. After the order is placed, you will receive an email informing you about the Production Lead Time of your order.

Product Assembling & Instructions
PENT. is designed to minimize the need for laborious installation upon delivery. Ninety percent of our products are ready for immediate use right out of the transport crate (for large orders) or the protective packaging box, ensuring they remain safe and undamaged during transit.

What is your lead time?
Production lead time depends on a scope of an order. Small orders usually take 3-5 weeks whereas large orders may take up to 20 weeks. A small, but a fully equipped gym, will usually take 12-16 weeks.

How long will it take to deliver after an order has been completed?
Shipping depends on the type of the chosen freight (AIR 7-10 days), (SEA 30-45 days).

Where do you ship to?
Regardless of the place you would like to have the equipment delivered - we can manage. Our Freight Forwarding specialists will reach every destination.

Where do you ship from?
Most items are shipped from our HQ located in Poland.

What are the delivery terms?
We send our goods on the terms of delivery called DAP (Delivered at Place):

• Your order will be delivered directly to your address
• PENT is responsible for preparing and packaging with accurate precision whole order and load it on a truck (or Fedex)
• PENT is responsible for the delivery insurance and all costs related to it
• PENT is responsible for the custom clearance costs in Poland whereas
• Customer is obliged to pay duty and tax according to the regulations in his country
  

How is my order delivered?
Your order (depending on its scope) will be delivered:

• By Fedex - if the order is small
• By a specialized Freight Forwarder - if the order is large
• In both cases PENT. Is not responsible for utilizing the package the equipment is delivered in. Your package will be delivered to your doors by a Tail Lift Truck.
• Be aware that the courier is not obligated to bring the package upstairs, unpack, and/or help with moving the package inside your home. Make sure you have help if such a situation arises.
  

How long does it take to get my products?

Does the equipment require assembly?
Most of our products do not require assembly. If a product requires an assembly, you will be sent a manual (or you can download it here).

Can you provide tracking details for my order?
If your order is small and shipped via FedEx - the tracking number will be provided. If your order is large and requires shipment via a specialized Freight Forwarder - you wiill receive instructions on the shipment

Do you provide White Glove delivery?
At the moment, we do not provide White Glove delivery.

Warranty is granted for 24 months. Except when the equipment is used in commercial environment - in this case the Warranty is granted for a period of 12 months. Please find the Warranty Card here.
